This is cheap looking and very light. I was expecting it to be better quality.

I bought a key chain with two letter charms. Getting the additional letter (it comes with one charm) was $5 more. When it came in the mail I was surprised to see that each letter charm was about the size of my pinkie nail. I was a bit disappointed at this considering I paid over $20 altogether for a plain key ring and these two plain little charms. Also, I got this present as a gift and was asked if I would like to write a message for a card that would come free of charge with the gift. I never received this although I took the time to write out a message, which did show up on my receipt, but that's all. Overall I love the idea of a personalized key chain, I just wish that they'd give their customers a better product for the price that they pay.

I like the product. Unfortunately the silver color turned yellow (rusty) after few months.

Although I have been thrilled with every other purchase I have ever made from Personalizationmall.com, this purchase was a mistake. I received a major discount of 30% on the purchase, but it was still almost $20 for one small charm and an initial. The quality is poor as well. I am really disappointed with this purchase, and I caution other buyers to pick other items that will be well worth their money because this is NOT.

the quality of this piece wasn't what i expected, and it is smaller than it appears in the picture. the connectiong seem weak, like they would easily bend/break with regular wear and tear. not impressed.

I liked the product but the size of the key ring and charms is not in accordance with the size of keys or any regular size key ring. I am disappointed. I have ordered from here before and love the frames, cup etc. This is not one of your best products.

The key chain was a little disappointing for the amount I paid but it was personalized which was nice.
