Disappointing, it is so light that makes it feel so plasticity. Not worth it's price and felt cheap. I got so disappointed, I couldn't even use it as a gift. I did better at Michael's, with quality and price.

Most everything I have ordered from Personalization Mall have more than met my expectations, however, I was very disappointed in this keychain. The initals were very cheap looking and very flimsy. As this was for a gift, I didn't have time to send it back or look for something else. I hope the receipent wasn't as dissapointed in the item as I was.

Well this would normally be really cute (although it's smaller than the picture looks) but I ordered an extra charm, the shamrock, which shows 4 leaves, and I was sent one that had 3. Not a big deal to some, but this was a Christmas gift and the person who would have received it LOVES 4 leaf clover, they really mean something to her so I had to send it back. I was really disappointed because I usually love this web site and their products, and still do, but this was a no-go.

I ordered this as a gift and thought it was cute but when I got in the mail it was much smaller than it appears. It looks a little cheap and seems to be a lot of money for what it's worth. I wouldn't order it again. I think you could find something similar for less money.

I really liked this gift. It was for my daughter's soccer coaches. I was a little disappointed in the lead time. It took almost 3 weeks to get them. As witht the other reviews, the charms are small and I don't think this is very durable...but...I'm thinking they could be clipped to a charm bracelet or a necklace instead. They are very pretty. I would order them again.
