I ordered champagne flutes for a bridal shower and when I received them the Brides flute was broken at stem. I emailed immediately and customer service replied quickly and said they ordered a new one to replace broken one. Hopefully, I will receive in time for Bridal Shower.

The writing is too light. Can't read words that were engraved!

Not an awful product, but not worth the price for the quality of glass that was used.

Personalization very faint. Difficult to see on glass. Moderate quality glass. Over priced.

The engrave section is not that good since it is just the letters printed on the glass and not the actual engraving as deeply mark the letters in the glass. The ink does not looks like a lasting ink.

The flutes were of cheaper quality than other flutes purchased in the past. I had to purchase a new pair of flutes from another store. Still trying to figure out how to use these in my wedding or just keep as souvenirs.

The stem was very, very nice. Good gift with the personalization. Just with the text was in gold.
Or.... At least a darker shade.

Ordered quite a few items from Personalization Mall,always been more than pleased ,until these glasses they are very small,don't think i have ever seen Champagne Flutes this small but this is the first item that hasn't been up to par so not gonna complain too much!

These would be beautiful, unfortunately there is a defect on the Brides' flute that creates a ripple effect in the middle of the glass and distorts the word "Bride." I have asked for a replacement flute but our wedding is only 11 days away! Hopefully I will hear back from the company.
