I found the price for the thickness and size (18x27) which was 26 5/8 x 17 6/8 some will make that a hugh deal, I wont. It came in at approx 1/4 in thickness and had a nice heavy rubber feel.
The photo qulity was nice. I used a photo ( Iphone , and resolution I cannot even say for sure), but enlarging that to the 18x27" mat it was better resolution compared to products I ordered, probably over a decade ago for another vendor.
I am happy with the product. And I hereby offer this unbias review.

It’s a good quality doormat. Not super abrasive so if you want something to really scrape everything off heavy duty, go for something else. Photo could be sharper but not a big deal. I like that it doesn’t stay rolled up after taking it out of the box, some mats need a lot of time to fully flatten and this one was ready to go.

The photo on the mat is bright and came out perfect.

Very nice product and super fast delivery. Color and photo replication is excellent. I use these mats at car shows to supplement the car display. Used as a real door mat I have found the picture overlay starts to lose its adhesion relatively quickly, thus my 4 star rather than 5 star rating. Great for temporary use however

This personalized mat turned out perfect! I did order rubber mat to go with it which I liked as well. I do wish; however, that you could somehow attach the foam mat to the rubber mat so it doesn't move around. Super happy though!

I love the mat. The photo is sharp and colors are great. It does have a bit of a rubber smell in a small room, like a bathroom. I know from previous purchases that the colors fade in direct sunlight, so it will last much longer inside.

It's perfect. Just sad that the frame was so much more expensive. They need to separate the two.

'great product! The online personalization software was a little tricky, but a call to tech support helped me to finish my mat. It looked great on the screen, and just as good when I pulled it from the shipping box. I would like to order a bunch of these with a company logo, but the character limit is 12, so that is not possible, unless I put everything together as a ,jpg file and upload it.

The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars was that it took it seventeen days to reach me. The fast turnaround time is meaningless if the shipping is too slow! I heartily recommend the mat, but if you need it by a certain date, allow 3 weeks for it to arrive.

The quality of the product was excellent. It is a very sturdy doormat. The quality of the printing was superb. The manufacturing and shipping was out-of-this-world fast. The only issue was that the doormat was not cut very square. Apparently it was handcut. I figured it would have been cut using a machine. When the mat is laid in the holder, it doesn't fit squarely. One edge tappers off as it goes down. I was going to send it back, but the receiver(it was a gift) loved it so much she didn't want to let it go. Overall experience was pretty good. I'll definitely give Personalization Mall another try.

Gave as a gift and the birthday boy loved it!

Product is good for what it is. Having a picture on a rug is kind of hard to have REAL usefulness out of it. Got it for our business for JUST the looks, But personalization mall shipped very quickly and efficiently!

I was very please with the quality of my doormat and how quickly it was shipped out.

Perfect for my husband's RC Room! Men usually could care less about a doormat but this was a hit.

I am very pleased with both the picture on the door mat and the shipping time was awesome.
