Graduation Poem Personalized Reflections Frame Customer Reviews

This item is very beautiful, I absolutely love customized items for gifts. Although I am in love with this product I am not in love with the engraving, the writing on this item is almost extremely impossible to read, it is tiny. The letter "T" looks like an "L" which makes a lot of what I wrote look misspelled. I would have rated this item five stars had the engraving print been more readable. Sadly that is the most important part of the gift and it's unreadable.

The piece is pretty but except for the title, the words etched in glass are so small you can hardly read them made even more difficult because they are clear and the glass is clear. It would be nice if the letters were colored or had a colored background. The order arrived promptly and was exactly specified, I just didn't realize how small the font would be; my mistake.

I ordered two of these, am waiting for second one. I love the frame and the fact that I could write my own poem but, was disappointed that it’s difficult to read as the engraving is so light in color, and if setting with light background you won’t be able to read at all.. wish I would’ve waited before ordering the second gift!

The photo frame is very nice...but the font is too small. There was plenty of room for larger font. I think that the letters would have looked great it they had been white etched or look as they do in the example. I'm not happy.

I am somewhat disappointed in this product. The words are very small and hard to read even though there is still plenty of space on the writing area to make the words bigger to read easier.

Well it's a real great item because you can personalyze it. However on the heading I could not use caps for the University Initials, so the first letter of the university came out cap and the rest lower caps. NOT GOOD!! another thing was the body of the message the letters are so small I can hardly read them and I'm sure its hard for other people too. You have to get it real close to your face. And originally I wanted to use caps. But the message I got when typing the message said "NO CAPS" NOT GOOD AGAIN!!!bUT anyways my daughter got the message at least. :( :( :( sure a memorable ITEM messed up!! oh well

Disappointed!!!!! Last year I purchased a canvas picture frame with this same poem that had a picture I selected muted in the background. I loved it and so did my daughter that I gave the frame to. I wanted to get the same thing for my other daughter leaving this year for college but you no longer sell that product. So I purchased this one. The poem is very difficult to read but it was better than nothing.

the quality of the glass and the frame are very good, although the wording is very small and difficult to read. It would also be nice to have an option to hang as against a wall may make it easier to read.

it was a very nice piece of art the only thing that i didn't like was the picture frame because the frame was all the way straight one of the pieces didn't line up
