From the picutre we thought it was a little thicker but it is beautiful! The graduates are going to love it.

The item is nice, good quality but the words are not asv visible as they seem in the preview. The background needs to be dark to contrast the words. Otherwise it's really nice.

I purchased this for my neighbour who just graduated his senior year. It was professionally wrapped beyond what I expected. The engraving was a bit light in colour but it is legible and the glass looks better in person as opposed to their photo sample.

The words of the poem was perfect for this high school graduate, the quality of the glass on which the poem was imprinted is very good. I do believe that a "gray shade" placed in the back, would mke the poem easier to read.

This gift worked beautifully and brought the reaction I had been hoping for. I think it would have been a little easier to read in black print, but was beautiful, nonetheless. It was well packaged and wrapped in an elegant gift box.

I have ordred often from Personalization Mall, always happy with my purchase, until I received this frame. I can't read the poem without putting my hand, a piece of paper behind it. I'm going to have to figure out something to do that won't ruin the look of the frame, so it can be read.

I got what I ordered. Very nice product. The only complaint i have is that you can't read the writing unless you put something dark behind it. The picture I got put in the frame exceeded my expectations.

Love my plaque in honor of my Mom. Was a little disappointed at how hard it is to read the writing on the glass but I think I have solved that problem. Thank you for the quickness in getting the product to me.

Love it and it looks the same as in the pictures online. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star its because the lettering its a little hard to make out what I says. Maybe because I added too much on the poem.

I purchesed this as a gift for my best friend and she loved it! My favorite feautre about the frame is the elligence of the wording in the poem. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that I wish that the font was bigger. Other that that, this makes the perfect gift for your graduate!

Very elegant product. Product came package nice, so glad I purchased the gift wrap it was one less thing I needed to worry about. Family loved it!!!! Only negative it was a little hard to read the etching on the glass. However, that is how it goes with glass product. Would definitely purchase again.

Very elegant & quality frame; however, disappointed that writing is so small can hardly read - even though I didn't use entire area available, did use most-if I had known how small it would be, would have condensed the message

This has to be one of the nicest and most beautiful sentimental gifts I have ever given to a teacher, unfortunately the engraving was so light you kinda strain your eyes to read it. I would def. buy it again though.

The frame is really nice only thing I wish the writing would b darker to be seen... It's too light and hard to read but overall nice and the graduate loves it

I would have given this product 5 stars but although I loved the quality of the glass and the etching I was disappointed in the gold rim around the picture frame part it makes it look cheap. Other than that loved it!

This was an excellent gift by all aspects. The item was packaged excellently and received in a timely manner. The frame and personalized wording was beautifully done! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the use of the white etched lettering was somewhat hard to read unless placed against something dark like the box it was packaged in. I would suggest the lettering be etched using black or gold dye so it can be read more easily. But regardless of this, it went over very well with my daughter for one of her grad school gifts. Thank you for such excellent service and quality work.

Thank you for a unique gift. The frame was very beautiful and I appreciate that I could personalize the poem or quote. A few comments: I wish there was a choice in font size because the font used was too small; I wish there was a choice in color of the lettering to make it easier to read; the gift box came with the website address on it.

Overall, it was a great gift at a great price. My niece seemed to really like it. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer.

The frame came out beautifully! The only thing to note is that the font is a little small...but it does not detract from the quality of this piece. Came quickly (mine was processed and shipped the following day!) and in a cute box :D

I'll defintly come back and refer this site to my friends. I also order a gift kit since i wanted to have a fitting box for the gift. But I don't like the cover printed with its website.

The frames were beautiful (the writing was a little small) but half of the items came broken in pieces due to really poor packing. New ones were shipped (too late for the event though) and the packaging was drastically better! I sure wish that would have been done with the first package!
