When I first received my item, it looked nothing like the preview I saw of my item. The text wasn't centered and the photo was not placed on the background as I had cropped it to be. I e-mailed customer service and they were more than happy to send me a new one after I sent them a photo of the first canvas I had received. I wasn't pleased with the second one I was sent either. It was better than the first but had the same problems. At this point, I'm going to keep it, but I probably wont order another photo canvas from Personalization Mall.
