I am very disappointed in this produt, as you can't read read the personalization. It is not deeply cut enough or bright enough. I am getting ready to send it back to you for a omplete refund. If you look at your records, you will see that I ordered lots of other things and was absolutely thrilled with everything else.
Please let me know what I can do, as I really love it otherwise.
