This letter from Santa is absolutely adorable. The only reason why I deducted one star is because the shipping cost is absolutely outrageous.

I have great-nephews and a great-granddaughter that I purchased these letters as a keepsake for them. They are young and I hope these cute letters will make their holiday special. The quality of the letters and preprinted envelopes is very nice.

The letter was cute, but for the price there should have been a lot more personalization. More I wish they had sent to the child so that my town did not appear in the cancellation stamp. Bah Humbug. Why if I’m frustrated did I give it four stars? My shy 8-year-old grandaughter told everyone in her apartment house elevator she had just found a letter from Santa in her mailbox. After reading it, she jumped up and down and put it in her blessing box.

This was rather pricey compared to other Santa letters I have seen since I ordered this one. This was $7.19; I have seen others for less that come with an ornament. Those are mailed directly to the child. This one is mailed to me to get to the child. $5.99 is rather steep postage to send a piece of paper to me.

This is a lovely letter from Santa for any child. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the shipping costs as much as the letter. That seems ridiculous. It will make me search out other companies next year for a letter from Santa.

Did not like that the letters were not sent t the children!

It is a nice cute letter for a toddler to receive from santa and for it to be personalized with their name in it. Also it does put where you are located city and state to be more personalible too.

My daughter was very excited to receive her personal letter from Santa. I thought the presentation of the letter and envelope was great. However, I was a bit disappointed that the letter did not come already in the envelope and in the mailbox. The letter and envelope came in a heavy duty big brown envelope. I needed to put the letter inside the provided addressed envelope and secretly put it inside my mailbox. Beside this one issue, I would recommend this item,

I get these letters for my grandchildren every year!!! They love them and think they are really from Santa. I love how they are personalized for them.

Would like to see varity of wording in letter in mutipule orders, 3 were used in same household & content of the letter were all the same

The letter was cute and wonderful, however, I was hoping it would at least be mailed to the children. I had ordered a Santa letter last year from a vendor (I can not recall) and they mailed the letter with a post mark "NORTH POLE"...my daughter thought that was sooo cool! This year she has been checking the mailbox for her Santa letter.

The children enjoyed hearing from Santa. I would have preferred the letter to allow for two (or more) children to be the addressee. I put two names as addressee but the rest of the letter was not changed so it didn't read quite right but close enough. The other preference would be that the address label be placed on the front of the envelope, especially since the full name and street address were requested.
