The stocking is nice, but the embroidery is messed up.

The personalization on this stocking was off center when we received it.

Unfortunately, you promised that the item would arrive on the 24th. It did not. It arrived on the 27th. It was supposed to be a gift for my grandson. What was especially bad about that was that I received a notice from FedEx that the item was 5 miles away on the morning of the 24th. Why wasn't it delivered? Though the item was very cute and nice, the experience was diminished by the poor shipping for which I paid.

The quality is not as high as I had expected. The felt material catches and pulls quickly.

I love the design of the Christmas stocking. However, the stitching with my child's name is messy and string was not cut properly.quality control please

We had ordered a full set for our family a few years ago. As our oldest is planning to get married, we needed to add the fiance. It was very nice to see that the same basic line was offered, so we could add a member and not have to buy all new.
Item delivered was same higher quality, and delivered as expected.
Only slight negative is that the shades of the colors were slightly different than originals. SO if you look closely, you can tell difference. However overall the new stocking is still close enough to originals that it still goes with the theme, and doesn't look like an after thought.
I have to commend Personalization Mall for keeping the same offerings year to year, and not completely changing their lines. Which does allow customers to add to their original purchase as family grows.

I bought three of these for our children and all three came with poor personalizations the first time around. Names were either angled badly or shoved in the corner like a postage stamp. I'm not sure how that passed quality control. Regardless, they sent ones that were done well and now I am happy and looking forward to a great Christmas!

hello - the writing was not clean and threads were sticking out - I would ask for a return and correction but the stockings were a gift and I needed them for December 6

We LOVE our stockings but
We have:
a green background drummer boy
A green background male elf
A green background female gingerbread
A red background male gingerbread.
It would be better if you could pick the background color. Or make all the male stockings green and females red or vice versa.

The name on the stocking was not centered and the font size is too small for the size of the stocking.

I purchased this stocking 5 years ago….it is very soft and good quality material (felt)……but
this one is made of different material, not soft, fabric is different??? Why??? oh well. They still
match but I look the older on better.

They are made with good quality material, just as expected. It did take some time for shipping to Hawaii, as Christmas had already past 14 days ago. At least I'll be ready to next year.

Stocking appears very cute and is in person. The cuff and toe are nice fabric but the body of the stocking is heavyweight felt which I don't like. For the type of fabric used on the stocking I think the price is very expensive.

When the stocking is hung by the tag/loop the stocking turns sideways versus facing forward. I also ordered the Santa and Mrs. Claus stockings and they DO NOT turn like this one. Very cute, just wish is hung face forward.

Did not like the felt-didn't feel item was worth $40.Disappointed.

The appliqué is nice but the stocking is mostly made of felt and not worth the $40+ including shipping. Disappointing.
