The necklace is very pretty, and my daughter loves it. The only problem is that the white ribbon chain does not have a clasp of any kind, we had to tie it on her.

This Item is a great idea.
Although it was not entirely what I was expecting.
The heart pendent doesn't fit over any of these cords or lace. Instead it has two metal clips that you can move from necklace to necklace. It is not easy to do so the metal clip is very strong and stiff. It is hard to get the pendant on there in the first place which is good, because it's probably not going to fall off. However in order to move the clips from one necklace to the other is quite a challenge.
I had to use pliers with tape put on the ends of the pliers so that I would not scratch the clip up. Altogether being careful not to wreck it probably took me twenty minutes to half an hour to change the clip.
Like I said this was a great Idea and the clips are quite strong. I just don't understand why they wouldn't just put a clip on each necklace.

I bought this for a gift to my sister. The necklace set is nice, but I was very disappointed with the personalization. You can hardly read it! You have to hold it up to the light to see it. The engraving should definitely be improved.

It's a bit cheap looking. I was expecting something a little nicer. Oh well.

The chains and ring on this make it look very cheap. It would have been better if it were a charm to add to a charm bracelet. I think that I will put a hook and do just that.
