The picture was not clear

It came out awful. The other one was good.

I have loved everything I have ordered from personalization mall except this. The photo was very blurry not like the photo I submitted and on the other the wording was blurry also.

bI ordered this same product in 2013 and the quality has declined significantly. As the photo shows the overall quality of items purchased this year is terrible. I have been given no explanation as to why the quality has declined.

I'm really upset the way this turned out. This is supposed to be his ornament to have for the rest of his life and you can't even see what year it is because it's chopped off. I'm so disappointed.

Quality of the printing was quite honestly terrible. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered several of this ornament for Christmas 2010 and they all looked great. So I did it again for 2011 and was not happy with the quality of the photos. All the pictures were overexposed and unnatural looking. I don't know what happened since last year, but the quality has decreased considerably. Very disappointing!
