The picture was so dark on the product you couldn’t see our dogs face. It looked good on my order confirmation but the picture on the product was terrible. I had to print the picture and put it over theirs because it was so terrible!

The product itself is nice, but the phrase has two typos (capitalized "it" after the comma, and "worthwhile" should be one word). Also, the sentence starts and ends with the same word: "while". Why not use a different sentence instead of reuse the first? It's just strange. However, the print on the canvas looks nice. This product would be better if you allowed the customer to pick their own phrase or edit this one.

I guess I didn't read the description carefully enough. I thought this was a frame and I could change the picture out if I wanted to do so. I also didn't think the pictures came out very clear or as correct colors.

I wish I would have bought the bigger one. I might have like it more. I read the other reviews on this product & everyone was super happy w/ it. However, it is a sweet sentimental gift to give, the quality of it isn't what I expected at all. Other products I have purchased on this site have been great. This is the first time I was disappointed. Basically looked like something you could do at home if you had the proper machine, Transfer pic onto canvas staple it to board. Anyway, those are my thoughts, I was going to return it but to much of a hassle to do that so I'm hoping my friend will like it. I just won't be buying one for myself.
