The frame does arrive looking exactly like the photo on-line. My only disappointment was in the back of the frame. I found the clips that hold in the photo to be very hard to secure, along with the way the back of the frame is recessed where the photo is inserted. Good look in the front, not so much in the back.
The quality of the frame is fine but I don't like the font used on the word "Mother's". The H looks like a Y. The personalization font is completely different and I think the two should match.
