I ordered these as a last minute gift for my mother and mother in law. The mugs came super quick, which was surprising seeing as how they have to be made. But when I opened the mugs I was less than pleased. The font was so small. I thought it would be bigger like the example mugs I saw. It takes up about 15% of the actual spacing, and there’s so much room left where it could’ve been bigger. Hopefully they like the thought because I’m sure they won’t like the gifts.

Image did not wrap around entire mug. Half of mug was completely blank. Looked unfinished.

The writing is too small and the baby should have been closer to the personalization. The whole thing should have been lower-centered in the mug.

I ordered this for Grandma. i loved the little people printed on these coffee cups. They were so cute. They are just on 1/4 of the cup. I had my 6 kids names put and little people on there, but still most of the cup is just bare, and boring. Wished i would have gotten a different one :(

I ordered 4 of these mugs and they are very cute. BUT the pictures on them and the writing is VERY SMALL. I was disappointed when I opened the box. This is the FIRST time I have ever been disappointed from Personalization Mall.

The characters are nice, but are too small for the mug and weren't centered very well either. This would be a lot better with larger characters and even the names are hard to read.

I have been ordering items from the Personalization Mall for a little while. I have always received them and opened them only to be very happy and have on several occasions recommended this site to friends and family. This time I was very disappointed. The quality of the coffee mug is fine. The printing on the mug and characters are so small that I am embarrassed to give it to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Looking at the picture on the web site it looks like the printing and characters are fine and proportioned according to the mug size. It certainly has me wondering if I will order anything personalized like this in the future.

The writing and characters were extremely small especially when you only have two. Just know they will be much smaller than the proof you approve.

The people are so cute, but are so tiny. Half the mug is plain white. Get the T-shirt! I ordered one too, and it is adorable!

I have been ordering items for a number of years, this is the first item I've ordered that did not meet my expectations.
The pictures and the names on the mug are so small that the impact of the gift is diminished. I'm not even sure I'm going to give it to the Grandmother and Mother that I ordered them for

I was expecting bigger words and figures. They seemed too small for the white background.

I purchsed this personalized mug for my mom, from my 2 kids for Christmas. When it arrives I was suprised at how very tiny the pictures were, it looks funny on a big white cup. Also the characters are not centered on the cup. I have purchased other things from the site and have been pleased however this did not live up to my expectations.
