These frames make awesome gifts for any family member and the quality is good. I normally order personalized ornaments for the grandchild and neice, but decided to try something different. Best decision ever!

This frame is a very nice frame. The only thing that I was not impressed with the wood grain on the corners of the frame. Personilazation was done well and shipping was right on as usual.

I loved the frame, it is a great option for those who want to write their own personal message. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the packaging. It came in a very thin box without any bubble wrap. I think they could have done a better job wrapping the frame.

I liked the frame and the little bit of detail in the wood. I didnt realize there was as much as wood as there was - i thought it would be less in proportion to the picture.
