I have never had a problem with anything I get until now. There was no glass in the frame it was like a piece of acetate. The hinge was very loose. My preview showed different than what I received.

I purchased two of these frames for gifts. The pink in the circles is not a true pink- but more of an orangey-pink. Would not have purchased for a gift as it looks tacky. I love all other gifts I've ever purchased from Personalization Mall, but this one was disappointing.

I payed for the vertical picture frame, for a birthday gift from my niece. When I received the frame the horizontal one was sent. I am disappointed because the vertical frame was intended for a special picture that I had intended to use. I did not sent it back becuase I would have not had anything to give her on her birthday.
