I didn't get this item, I was sent someone else's frame. I sent 3 emails and no one responded but I called and got help right away. She sent me an email that showed my frame, said it was on its way.The other 2 products I loved.

I have ordered 6 of these for my granddaughter’s photos. The quality of the last was not great. The previous ones had a shiny finish, this one was dull. There use to be a glass to protect the photo now it’s cheap plastic!!!

Cute but not as nice of quality as other frames ordered

Frame is very well made. Personalization looked great. My only comment is that I did not care for the color combination or shades of pinks together.

I ordered this frame as a Christening gift. I chose the green/pink frame in a landscape/horizontal format. I was very pleased when I opened it - it's so cute! Definitely a nice gift idea. The only complaint I have is that they should print the names all facing in, so that the frame can be turned and used as a portrait/vertical frame. Instead, the names on the side are printed facing out, so if you turn the frame vertical, the names on the top and bottom are upside down. If you want the option of using the frame either way, BUY THE PORTRAIT/VERTICAL STYLE - this one can be turned either way.

This is a hit with young girls. (Quality of name printed is questionable.) A seven year old tends to look past a few flaws, when she sees her picture in the frame.
