This item, although very pretty, was a lot smaller than I expected for the price. It’s a nice quality, but not as nice as I thought it would be.

From a distance, this is exactly what I hoped for. Well done engraving, and if the ‘clock’ is really a watch, that’s fine. The problem is, the top edge was chipped, possibly from the engraving machine. It’s only noticeable at close range, or if you run your hand over it, then it’s obvious. Three star rating because customer service never responded to my email, sent the same day I received the order. I gave them over 48 business hours before reviewing.

I was expecting something a little bigger. The clock part is very inexpensive.

It turned out to look great but I expected the clock to actually tick.

I thought it is big as in picture. But, over all is cute.

I was under the impression that this clock was glass and not acrylic! It was actually my fault for not reading the product's description. Clock a was bit small, but cute. Will give it to my husband as gift for our anniversary. It'll look good on his desk.

No instructions were included on how to remove and set the time on the click.

Item arrived in a timely fashion, gift wrapping was merely a box with black ribbon, not exactly what I call gift wrapping. Clock was just beautiful however, we were uanble to locate pin to set clock. Personalization was perfect.

Item was very nice. But, from the Ad, I exspected it to be 3 times a big!

It's beautiful, but the clock isn't set.. I would think you guys would set the clock.. It's not like I can do it.. It's glued in.. That irritates me.. It's little things like that which will cause me to not shop here again

The writing on this is beautiful and the clock is good quality, but I didn't realize how small it is.

Very disappointed in the engraving of bridal couple name(s) and also the gift card insert was just a piece of paper. I thought, at the very least, it would be a small card insert with my gift card wording. Had to purchase a new gift card and write my wishes thereon. Again, very disappointed.

This clock makes a great keepsake for any occasion, I bought it for my wife on as a wedding gift. We used it at the ceremony as a background piece to the sand ceremony. It looked great.

I thought it would be bigger in size.
