We thought the item will be the size of a regular apple (judging from the Picture). We are very disappointed after receiving it.

This is miniscule in person, extremely dissatisfied and completely regret the purchase. this is a ridiculous item. it looked like a beautiful heavy piece in the picture, but its a piece of junk and i'm embarrassed to gift it to the person.

I copied another customer's review because she/he expressed the exact disappointment I had about this product: "The apple is far mini than it shown on picture, also the color is more dark dull red, the personalized letters is not golden and shining, it is yellowish matte, it is really a disappointed purchase, be caution!"

Too small for its price and I asked for a gift card in the person's name, but I didn't get it even though I paid for it.

I cannot believe I paid over $30.00 for this tiny apple! It is so small! I am giving it as s gift and I am very embarrassed!! Not worth the money I spent on it at all!!!!

Very misleading and very disappointed. The quality is so poor and nothing like the picture. I was planning to give to my son's teacher but now I will have to find something else because it's that bad. It doesn't even have a nice bell sound. Basically just rattles. Such a joke. Save your money and do not buy this item.

I wish the size of this product could be used as an analogy for my disappointment but it falls short! I am tremendously disappointed in the product and the amount of money I spent on it. I don’t think this product was in NO WAY worth what I spent on it! If I wanted something with my name on my desk that no one could’ve seen, this would be perfect! I wish for a full refund! I pray that this doesn’t make this the last time I purchase from this website!

I should have red the reviews. They were correct. Extremely small. The dimensions included the steam. Dull Burnish red color - Dull script, barely visible. NOTHING like the picture. Extremely misleading.

I was disappointed, first in the size of the bell than what I had viewed or thought it would be, second, the packaging was terrible that it was delivered in. It came in this thin padded white packaging envelope and I could here the loose bell ringing outside the pkg. where it should have been secured and not heard or where it could break the ceramic bell. When I opened the envelope, I noticed the entire bell was crammed into this already crushed box of which I cannot use now, and it just looks like someone tried to force this bell to fit into this box. Then I saw that the hook with the bell on it was not attached to the bell inside itself, and I had such a difficult time to try to hook it into the inside of this small bell! And no little protection around the hook with the bell on it to keep it from moving around and hitting the ceramic part, therefore making the constant noise during the whole delivery!! Very disappointed!

It can fit in the palm of my 6 year old. For that size and the price that I paid for it, I'm not happy.

It was smaller than expected but more so the engraving/writing did not look anything on the picture. It was blurry. Didn't really think it was worth the money.

The brass bell was cute, but it was way too small. I was disappointed because I purchased it for my best friend who has recently gotten his first teaching job. I guess it will be cute on his desk, but I expected so much more. The personalization was dull. Blah...

I am very disappointed in this gift. I ordered it for my daughter and when it came I could not believe it. It is about half the size of the apple pictured and the color is not a bright apple red. it is a dark more maroon color. The engraving is so small you have to hold it in your hand and close up to see it. I expected you to be able to read the writing from a distance. Thus, it would identify her desk.

As another reviewer said, this is my fault for not looking at the dimensions, but the picture is COMPLETELY misleading. The apple is barely bigger than a golf ball and will not suffice as a gift on its own for my student teacher; I will now have to augment it with something else.

I thought this looked like a great gift for my son, who is a new teacher, but was very disappointed to see how small the apple was. I guess i should have looked at the description/dimensions closer as it is clearly specified online so totally my fault. Also, the color is not red like I expected, but more of a maroon color. I do think the color online is misleading so this one is not my fault. All in all, a disappointment.

I did not expect for this item to have been so small! I would not have ordered it had I know it was going to be very miniature. It's cute but almost serves no purpose. I probably should have looked at the details of the product closer. Otherwise, i would not have bought this thing.
