I’ve ordered this same item as other wedding gifts in the past and the material was great. The frame itself was shiny and seemed like it was made of some type of glass. Instead, the one I received yesterday looks like cardboard and it’s dull and faded in some spots. Not happy at all

I have ordered several of these over the years. Have really enjoyed this product as a wedding gift add-on -- personal and rather classy. That is, until my last experience. The cursive font that is now used has a major defect -- not all the letters clearly and smoothly connect properly. There is a choppiness (gap) in the transitions between several of the letters which give the product and overall unprofessional and cheaper presentation/effect. So disappointing compared to the previous products I've ordered this product!! I notified customer service regarding this decrease in quality and they claim that is the way it is processed now. No concession, compensation, or anything made. So be forewarned! If you can live with choppy transitions, great -- still a personal gift and, from a distance, not largely noticeable. But if anyone gets close enough, it becomes apparent (particularly on "n" and "r" transitions). Just Sad. Very sad. Hope they bring the quality back up a few notches.

Where the letters connect is off and it looks awful, I was hoping to add this to the set I have for my children but I am not so sure after receiving it. When I called they told me that was how it was supposed to look, after looking again many times that is definitely not the case!

My daughter Tara who was married last fall received this unique & special frame as a gift & was I quite impressed with it's quality & overall appearance. So now that my niece Kim is having her wedding shower, I immediately thought to purchase it for her. It is just as impressive in person as the website depicts. I absolutely love it!

I purchased this frame which would look great but for the error in the text's spacing. On every letter m, n, and r, the text is discontinuous and offset. It's obvious and makes the frame look cheap. This is a spacing error.

I asked for replacement or refund, but customer service offered neither:
"That is how the frame is made. If you go back to the website and personalize the frame and click preview you will see the some of the wording doesn't connect."

If I were able to see any problem in the preview, I obviously wouldn't have purchased this item.

The wedding frame is beautiful but the writing of the names doesn't look right at all. The script writing looks sloppy and the letters don't connect.

this frame looks nothing like the website, i was really upset when i got it,my 9 yr old could of made this frame at home. this was a last minute gift for a bridal shower and because it was so ugly i had to run out and find another gift that day so i was really late to the bridal shower..sorry but i would not recommend this frame at all to anyone..

I was sooo disappointed when I received this. I had read the reviews and expected a great result...but not so. Please look at the larger image and note that the letters do not all connect, this is not a script font that is consistent. As an example,look at the bottom where it says "Mr. and Mrs." and note how the M and the r do not connect. This occurs throughout depending on your letter combos. Customer Service says this is the font and apparently other reviewers were not bothered...but I think this looks super cheap. Like, they each letter is over a bit more than it should be. I am too embarrassed to even give this to the intended recipeients...so it was a waste of money for me.
