The product was delivered quickly and it's very beautiful. Nice and heavy. It's a birthday gift yet to be given but I know it'll be appreciated.

This great keepsake is 1. hardy, will last. 2. the engraving is completely personalized to whatever you want it to say. 3. I got exactly what the preview showed me. 4. I thought the engraving would be inside of the item, but as it is on the back it still looks amazing from the front. 5. The packaging of the item to keep it safe was amazing. I used it also for re-wrapping as gifts for my father and step-father(bought two separate ones). 6. I don't know if I can top this gift next year, that's how awesome it is!

The item itself was perfect. However, I paid almost 20 dollars for super fast express shipping, the item was GUARANTEED to be there on a Friday, and My dad received his present on MONDAY. 3 days late, and AFTER his birthday. His surprise was RUINED.

This is a good product, but would like to see the font a bit bigger; for now it is too small, very hard to read.
Also, additional options are needed to change part of the text to bold/italics/underline etc.

Overall looks good but can be improved for sure.

Beautiful piece!! My only complaint is that the writing is too small thusfore, it's harder to read. The one I wrote myself for my husband was perfect. So I suggest write from your heart using fewer words

I ordered a personalized keepsake for a wedding gift. I did think it was a bit overpriced, but this was the only site that I could order what I envisioned the gift to be. The keepsake turned out perfectly and I hope the person i give it to will treasure it for years to come.

I like the gift. The gift box did break and it seems not worth the 7.00. but overall I am satisfied.

This item looks just as crisp as in the website picture. My only fault with it is that the lettering should be a bit larger; unfortunately, there isn't an option to increase the font size. We put our own poem on it, and it is very nice-just a tad bit difficult to see.

It's "Dear Dad," but I bought this to put an original poem inside for my girlfriend, and she loved it. The base product is sturdy, well-balanced, attractive, and clear, and the font is pretty readable. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that the text appears toward the back, and I expected it to be in the middle of the glass or more toward the front, so it threw me a bit. As a result, it's most readable at a slight angle. But this may be an idiosyncratic thing. It was definitely worth the purchase price.

My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of this item and with how quickly it shipped. The only thing I'm not absolutely 100% pleased with is the size of the item, but it isn't so small that it's difficult to read, and it is GORGEOUS. I especially love the scalloped edges. One more thing: please note that while this isn't glass, it is still very heavy! Be careful with it!

I was very pleased. Very heavy piece which added to the perceived value. Nice size. Engraving was very easy to read. Great father's day gift. I would order it again!!

Great solid item. A little on the small side.

The only reason I didn't give this keepsake five stars, is because the font was very small. Readable, but very very small. I wish they would have actually utilized the space of the plaque

I made this for my brother and my mom for Christmas and wrote my own poem and it turned out wonderful! I love that this site takes only about 1-2 days to get to your house. When I recieved this, the only thing that was not my favorite was that the print/letters are smaller than I'd hoped. But, it still looks sooo wonderful! I would recommened this! Such a touching gift!

Really like the look of this plaque. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's smaller than I thought & my 90 year old dad MIGHT have a problem reading it. Other than the size, it's great.

I was a bit bummed when I opened the package and realized that it was not made of glass. This was my mistake it clearly stated in the description after double checking that the product was made of lucite. Even though it is not what I originally thought I am still very pleased. The personalized poem that I requested was perfect word for word and it looks very elegant.
