I was surprised with how small this actually is! It is very disappointing, especially for the price I paid. Wish I could return it... Now I still have to spend more money on a gift for my Godson, because this looks like it cost $20. Very disappointed.

I ordered this off a soon to be two years olds birthday wishlist. For 55 dollars, I was imagining something way more substantial. After receiving it, I wouldn’t have paid 20 bucks for this item. it’s small and disappointing. I will think twice before buying another gift off personalization mall...

Disappointed in the packaging. All the letters were thrown in a mailer. Had to find a nice box to gift them in. The letters "D" and "F" do not look anything like those letters

I purchased this product for my 1 year old cousin. The letters are not well done. The O looks like a Q and the N looks more like a H and this is going to be very confusing for him. I tried to return this product as it comes in individual packaged letters but I was not allowed to. You can purchase these letters cheaper at other sites. I have made two purchases with personalization mall and I have been unhappy with both. I will not be back.

This product dint meet my expectations. My expectations were too high though. The color combination was not great and also the appearance of the wood was not so great.
