The quality of the product was good however I ordered the men's size and it was way too small for a male's wrist.

While this gift item will have tremendous sentimental value, the watch is very small ( most 50+ adults will have difficulty "telling" the time without reading glasses). In addition, all of the 5 watches that I ordered were engaged when I opened them-- there was simply no need to use the battery while in transit !! Lastly, I have difficulty turning the dial to change the time since it is so small ...I am an avid Personalization Mall shopper however I would not recommend this item.

The picture was clear and placed perfectly, but the watch itself is a little too feminine and looks cheap.

The picture in the watch is great, but the band of the watch and the face of the watch is very small. I purchased it for my mom for Christmas, and had she not seen it, I would've tried to return it. I had it sent directly to her, and she'd opened it up.

Great personalized watch but I don't like that there are no time keeping marks. I knew this ahead of time however so it is what it is. However, the band is so small it won't fit my husband's wrist. I'm going to cut the band off and try to buy a replacement band.

The watch I order was beautiful, I order this watch for a man, but the watch look more like a female, I was very dissatisfied with that part.

I was not pleased with my product.. The picture came out nice bit the watch is very small it seems to be a woman's watch instead of a man's the watch doesn't not even fit on my wrist also the band for the watch is very cheesey looking...

The photo came out great. The watch was much smaller than anticipated. I purchased it for Father's Day but it's much too small for a man's watch.

Ordered a mans watch for Fathers day... picture was good but the band was very cheap and thin and small more like a womans size!

Watch seems more feminine than masculine. Picture did not cover entire screen as shown on website.

Well, I originally ordered this watch for my Father for Christmas, but it looks more like a Woman's watch I even got my Husband's opinion and he said it was too feminine for him to wear. So Now I am giving it to my mom. The band on this watch is pretty cheap so I will probably end up replacing it. I usually LOVE everything I get from this site, but I wasn't super impressed with this. Of course after receiving this watch I was back on the site and I saw a much nicer man's watch.

I bought this watch as a anniversary gift for my hubby i think it would have been better if they made it little bigger and quality is also not that great

I like the personalized watch & everything I purchased from PersonalizationMall.com but this particular item you have to make sure that you reduce or enlarge your picture before you upload it because there's no preview available. I gave it 3 stars because it is smaller than I thought. They could have done better.

My wife loves the watch. Picture is nice and clear great color. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the face of the watch. The website gave me the dimension of the watch I just didn't think it would be that small. But other than that I like it, she loves it.

I was very disappointed in the size of the watch, it was bought for a larger person, and might be too small to look good on her .

I ordered two of these. The persknalization was great but the metal clasp on both broke the first time were used, so I had to pay to get new clasps as well.

The Ladies band will fit a 3 yr old - way to small and I have small bones - I had to use the loosest hold to close it and it was still difficult. The face was way to small to view the picture. The silver encasement wasn't smooth like the picture. I liked the concept. Always when ordering get the men's size for a child and women.

I love getting a photo watch when each of my grandchildren is born. In all instances I get a photo before the infant leaves the hospital. Since all babies really look very similar, I wish I could have had Emery's name imprinted on the watch in the area where the white blanket swaddles her. I know I had this option before. This tells me I must have ordered from another business. However, I still love to look at my wrist and see my newest grandchild.

I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of both the watch and the picture. The pictures in the ads are clear - the picture on the watch I received is fuzzy and you have to look very closely to make out the faces. The strap of the watch is fine,but the gold looks very cheap. I'm embarrassed to give this watch to my adult son, but I paid too much to just throw it out. I haven't checked yet if it keeps good time.

Ordered on 2/4 and arrived on 2/13, just in time! The picture is very clear but could be cropped better. Overall I am happy and it looks very cute

I had ordered two watches for my parents and one of them came with a piece of paper stuck to the inside of the glass. I emailed customer service about the problem, and I just got a form letter back, not addressing my issues at all. I ended up taking it to a jeweler to fix it, as it was cheaper than having to pay shipping back to Personalization Mall.

The picture was clear on the watch but when it came in men size it looked like a women s watch!Not too happy because it was for my husband as his wedding gift!

The watch was ok but the hands were right in the middle of the nose of the one of the people in the picture so I really didn't like it.
