The picture is wonderful but, as the other views for this keepsake box and others have stated, it's a glorified shoe box. I added silver tissue paper to the inside of it and added all the wedding photos I had taken before giving it to my brother and sister-in-law for the 1 year anniversary. NOT TO MENTION the embossing appeared to have "bled" into the lines of the box on "Our Wedding Day"... the names and dates were WONDERFUL, but not the center of the box or the bride and groom figrue. I contacted customer service who contacted the company who told me how to "rub around the words with a wet towel" but for $45 I think that is rediculous. These keepsake boxes should be removed from the PersonalizationMall.com selection since it gives the company a poor outcome. NOT HAPPY and will be contacting Customer Service in the future to make sure an outside company isn't creating an item.
