I love the picture frame. They had to replace the first frame as it was broken, but sent another very fast. Was so nice doing business with them .

Very cute gift but the quality and look of the frame looks cheap. But the recipient loves it and it was personalized so that made up for the look.

The picture frame came put the way it was described.

I ordered it on the weekend before my grandson communion, two days later i got a text message that it was ready to ship. Few days passed by, I still did not receive my order. I guess it takes more days after it says it was shipped. I got my order late night before the communion day. I was relief.
otherwise, everything is perfect.It says what the website described on your order. I was please with the result of my order.

Frame arrived chipped. Customer service replaced it immediately.

I liked the frame. It is very sweet. I only wish it was hanging ready. I will have to put a hanger on it myself which is not difficult just time consuming. Other than that-- very happy.

This picture frame was so well constructed and so expensive looking. I bought it in the blue for my nephew and it was perfect for a boy. Some of the other frames were to girly. It exceeded my expectations.

The frame was very pretty and appropriate for the occasion.
