I've been buying frames from PM for years, & they sure don't make them like they used to.

I reached out to PM because the engraved “J” didn’t look finished to me, but was told it was in their “guidelines”
I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift, so it’s basically getting tossed.

The frame is nice. However, the backing and the photo constantly fall off. Even when I took it out of the box, the latches came apart and fell off. For a frame of this price, it shouldn’t be doing this.

Have ordered this produce many times as gifts for friends. First order was the best (about 3-4 years ago). Recently the engraving and shading on the frame isn't as dark as it used to be, causing the lettering and corner blocks not to show up as well.

I previously ordered one years ago and it was really nice. I just recently ordered another and it isn’t as nice as the previous one. The hanging hooks, if you would want to hang it, are cheap hooks. The backing is almost too small for the frame. I had to put extra cardboard on the backing so the glass wouldn’t be lose and move around. I actually used the backing from the one I bought years ago. Other than that, the engraving is nice.

Nice photo frame but not as nice as the products I have bought from the site before. The frame isn't doesn't look that exclusive. The engraving is nice. I am not blown away by the quality of the product. Everything else I have bought so far was worth 5 stars, but not this one.

I ordered this frame as a gift for my husband, and I love the look of it. However, I was disappointed because this, and another frame I ordered, both came slightly damaged on the top and the wood is rough/caved in.

I purchase quite often from this site, and I'm always pleased with the quality of the merchandise. While the frame was very cute, the quality of the item was disappointing. Nevertheless, the recipients were pleased at the whole idea of the gifts.

I was so excited to get as a gift for my sister in law, however when it arrived the glass was broken. The only packaging they used was some paper. So I had wait yet another week for the replacement glass. I guess it was good that I chose the wood frame instead of the all glass.

The frame came out well, the glass arrived broken. I called for a replacement and received it quickly, but it was the wrong size. Very frustrating. I need to replace the glass on my own.

I have ordered this photo frame a number of times and have been very satisfied with the quality and the personalized inscriptions printed on it every time UNTIL this time. I had specified that it say "60th Anniversary". Unfortunately, when they printed the number sixty, they did not use a numeric "zero", instead they used the letter "o", at least it appeared that way. Therefore the frame looked as if it was inscribed as "6oth anniversary"...almost like a nonsensical word: "6oth". The zero (or letter "o") is too small...considerably smaller than the "6". I called the customer service line to inquire if they had made a mistake and the woman informed me that that is just "the way they do it". I have ordered this frame before with "65 Anniversary" printed on it, and it was fine, but this frame ("6oth") was hardly suitable to present as the gift that it was intended to be. I love this frame, but be very cautious if your inscription contains a number with a zero...Not good!

The quality of the frame was good. I thought the engraving was too large for size of the frame.

I bought several frames with different personalization. I liked it better when I had two lines personalized on top vs just one line. The sides and corners are "grooved" and I have mixed opinions about it.

The frame is fine, but I had ordered it and paid for 2 day shipping so it would arrive in time to be given at a party. When the package arrived, it had the wrong frame in it. I was very disappointed and embarrased.

I was happy with the concept and sdesign of the frame, yet unimpressed with the writing. There were several spots that were white on the black lettering that made it look rather cheapish.
