We're delighted for the most part regarding the product. He's not happy with Customer Service but will take up with them. Ordered on December 11, 2016 and received 01/04/2017, despite guarantee before Christmas!

I have ordered many items from Personalization Mall and have been pleased with every one of them. I have always relied on their fast delivery time and they have never let me down. This time, I received this item two days past the time it was personalized for. I ordered with a two week window which I thought would be plenty of time. The item was a wedding gift with that date personalized on it and it arrived two days after the wedding. Maybe I should have added the extra shipping cost for faster delivery but honestly didn't think I would have to with this company. I was disappointed but will order from this company again with prompt delivery being a question.

The plaque arrived on time and was as I expected it to be.

The plaque is beautiful and tastefully executed. I was very pleased, but it hasn't been mounted on my house because only wood screws were sent, and my house is brick. I'll have to go purchase special screws and drivers to mount it. I think an assortment of mounting screws should have been included with the purchase.

Nice but I order Antique Bronze and it's GOLD. Don't order this color

Overall quality was nice, shipped relatively quick.

I purchased this for a 50th anniversary gift and I know they are going to be thrilled. I have always admired them on homes and now I know where to get such a plaque. I didn't give it 5 stars because I don't know yet how it will hold up in weather.

We are so pleased with the arrival of the gift for our dear friends and can't wait to give it to them. It arrived much sooner than expected and we were very happy with the quality and the overall appearance. The final review will be our friends but know they will be thrilled to add this to their new home. The only problem was so many choices to choose from.....that's a good thing.

Not as high quality in appearance as one would hope. Arrived with name misspelled, although they did replace it very promptly

Other than the bottom line being cast uneven, the quality of the plaque was good.

I am well pleased with this product. My husband and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and I was looking for something for us that would be representative of our years together. This was perfect. When I saw it, I knew I had to purchase it. I was wonderfully surprised when we received it. I am just waiting to put it up.

This is the 3rd plaque we've ordered and were very satisfied, except that it was missing 2 of the 3 screws required to hang it.

We ordered this plaque for our parents 40th anniversary. It was to take 3-4 weeks. We had it within a week!!! Very happy with it and they love it!
