Lettering too light, picture not secure, part of head cut off. Frame not stable, falls easiler

I am a bit disappointed that the picture provided is not permanently placed on the frame or that the picture is not as shown in the sample. The top of the picture is up too far, top of the head is not in full view n The writing is also not as the sample, too clear of a background to see clearly.
The frame is quite lovely, but sometimes fall with the two end supports seeming not to be adequately strong to hold up the frame. Disappointed in the end results especially considering the price!

I actually loved this, but more care could have been taken to ensure the photo was centered properly. Half of the loved one’s hair was cut off by the frame. It did not line up as i set it when uploading the picture. This is the second time I have ordered memorial gifts and both times the picture alignment has been an issue. The family I sent it to loved it.

The print is very light. Hard to see at most angels. Needs to be much darker

I order so much stuff off of here & I thought this looked so cute but when I got it, I was slightly disappointed. I didn't know the trim around where the picture goes was gold. I don't like the gold & in the picture you can't tell it's gold. But I am sure I can paint it a different color.
