I ordered two paperweights.(Last Christmas I ordered one too). They are beautiful, good quality and come well packaged. One of the paperweights this year had slight scratches on it. I called customer service who quickly arranged for a duplicate. Very professional customer service and the replacement came before Christmas. Unfortunately it had the same slight scratches on it! It must have just been a fluke and I let it go. But the other one was perfect. This company is great and I would order this item again.

The paperweight was as described. It is a nice weight/size and the gifts were delivered promptly. Thank you.

Crazy fast turn-around time and a great price. The item is a bit smaller than I thought but perfectly "weighty."

This was beautiful for the most part. However it had small scratches next to the lettering that looked like the engraving machine may have dragged a little.
