Ordering was easy and shipping was great. We have ordered before and been very pleased. This was cute but a bit cheesy. I should have ordered it plain and figured out a way to get a more embossed look. It's a gift, so we will likely order another one from someplace else.

This item was purchased as a "Good Luck" gift for a fellow to wear on the opening day of his bakery in a small West TEXAS town, and he was absolutely thrilled!!! In my opinion, this hat is a little dinky and will have to be stuffed with tissue to have it stand like a REAL chef's hat. Plus, I would have preferred to have been able to have the lettering and blue color to match the personalized apron also purchased at the same time.

The chef hat seemed to be a very good quality, but I was not very happy with the personalization. The name was printed on the hat in ink and it was very splotchy and the lettering was not straight.
