Beautiful design

The product received was not as expected. It appeared writing was gold on wedding champagne flute, however on e received it was white. I was informed by representative that it appeared gold as there was champagne in glass. I contact co to send back and informed no refund...only store credit.

Is beautiful but writting should be darker

Glasses were pretty. The engraving could have been a little darker - I thought it was a little too light and could barely see the writing. This was a gift and the box they came in was nice except that it had “Personalization.com” in huge letters on the top. I would rather people did not know where I purchased their gift, so I bought a pretty box from Hobby Lobby that they fit in perfectly.

I love the flutes. The design of them are beautiful and the order was received timely. The only thing I think would have made this an exceptional product for me was if there was an option to select a different font color. The white font is light and you have to be close to the flutes to see what the imprint says. Other than that, I would recommend if that's what the buyer was looking for.

I woiuld suggest using a darker ink to personalize the names. You can not read it on the glasses. It is too faint.

I was not happy with the way the glass looked. Their was a scratch on one flute. And, both flutes had a bump around the top rim of the flute. The order seemed rushed.

I am very pleased with the champagne flutes. Excellent quality for the price. Beautiful engraving. Fast service. I highly recommend them as they make a wonderful personalized wedding or anniversary gift. Have purchased them twice before.

The actual writing on the glasses is smaller than it appears on the previewed pictures online. They are nicely done otherwise.

When I received my flute set I was a little disappointed. The writing seems to blend in with the glass and it's not very clear. Since I can't return the personalized item I will just use them since it's a one time event but I was expecting something different. The picture seems to be clearer than the actual item.

I purchased the flutes for a bridal shower and the bride absolutely loved them and will be using them at her wedding reception! However, I personally would not purchase again.

They came quickly and look really nice. However, I was disappointed they are the size of a normal champagne glass. I was expecting them to be taller. They are for the Bride and Groom toast and I really wanted them to stand out. If your looking for a normal size glass, these are beautiful especially for the price. If your looking for the taller glasses, you will be disappointed.

The flutes look really nice, but I was surprized as to their size. They are a little smaller than a regular champagne flute. I do wish you could have them made without the works "Groom" and "Bride".

they were WAAAYY smaller than i thought they would be. It's so unfortunate that I can't return them and get a refund.

But other than that, the personalization came out pretty good, and the shipping is beyond wonderful!

I received these very quick but they are very very plain. I will need to add some sort of bows or something to dress up these glasses.

I am an avid shopper on this website and this is the first purchase that has disappointed me. The quality of the glasses are not as it seems in the picture, and what I thought would be a great gift turned out to look "cheesey." If it wasn't personalized, I would have returned it, but I had to buy then an extra something for the present in hopes of it looking complete. I will say the engravement was beautiful, the glasses themselves were the issue.

I will continue to shop on this site because I believe this was just a fluke.

I can't fault the product itself. My wife and I are both totally pleased with it. It was for a wedding gift and we did however expect it to be in a presentable cardboard box, as you would if you bought it in a store. A simple thing like that, disappointed us quite a bit, being that it was a gift for someone.

I ordered this set to go with the Rhinestone knife and server set and was a little disappointed. The glasses seemed cheap compared to the Rhinestone set. As such, I plan to order the other flute set. The glasses are OK for a gift, but not the set to buy for your reception.
