I love the product but the box was pretty flimsy.

I have yet to gift this puzzle but just pulled it out of the bubble wrap. The box, with the picture on it, is just a small, very flimsy shirt box. It flexed open as soon as I grasped it. The pieces are going to be lost. The one I made through Walmart years ago had a proper box to store that stayed closed.

So cute for game nights. Timely shipping. However, the box with the puzzle pieces was damaged as it was packaged with other purchases. Will not present as gift as planned. Just bringing as game addition at family gathering. I would order again, just not with other items if giving as a gift.

Currently trying to get them to send me the correct amount and what I paid for.

I love this idea for a gift but it seems the quality of the product has changed. I purchased a few of these puzzles years ago and the images were crisp and it came in a nice tin canister.
This year I purchased 3 puzzles and the quality was horrible. I ensured that my photo specs were compliant with the requirements (in fact the site doesn’t let you proceed without meeting the guidelines) and still the puzzle was a blurry mess that came in a flimsy paper box

This is a great gift idea. The only drawback is the box it comes in. It should have a hardshell to protect the image the of the puzzle. The box it comes with is as thin as a gift box for a shirt. Such a great product with poor execution.

While the box looks like the completed puzzle will be a decent quality image, the actual puzzle box was damaged and bent up. It sucks I have to present this gift looking as if it was tossed around and roughly handled before shipping it to me.

Good quality but packaging poor

I know you are not a puzzle making company but I feel the quality of these pieces will not last - i feel the layers of each piece will separate and the puzzle will probably be made once and then never again.

I was disappointed in the puzzle. The cardboard box is very flimsy and is caved in on the top part of the box that shows the faces. This is to be a Christmas gift but I'm a little ashamed to gift it. It is okay but it appears to be a cheaper item. In the future I will be sure to get the puzzle with the tin container.

I personally really liked the puzzle that I had personalized for my father for Father’s Day. Only one thing I had a issue with was the box it self that came with the puzzle. It seemed to be made cheap, my father open it and it tore on the size of it. If the box with thicker and made with better quality, this wouldn’t of happened. As far the picture it self that came on the box of puzzle, it came out great.

Wish there was a gloss finish option. Matte is very dull.

This was the only company that would ship fast enough for Christmas. Paid $20 for that shipping. Overall quality of the puzzle is good BUT the picture is VERY dark which is very disappointing.

I have never bought something from here that I didn't love but the puzzle didn't meet my expectations. The picture on the box looked how I expected but the puzzle itself was very very dark. From close up you couldn't tell the different between peoples faces. I may order a puzzle again with a brighter picture to see if I'm happier with the results. I wouldn't recommend buying this if your original picture isn't very bright.

The tin box turned out very nice...maybe even nicer than the actual puzzle itself. My only grief is that there is some sort of adhesive left on the edge of the tin box. I'm weary about using a solvent to remove the sticky gum since it may ruin the picture or finish.

I have purchased the personalized photo puzzles several times in the past. This December I ordered two puzzles (same photo) for my granddaughters. Understand, both granddaughters live in different states than my husband and I. The day after Christmas, my 6 year old FL granddaughter put her puzzle together but she had a piece missing ... she was sad about this. My 4 year old CT granddaughter also put her puzzle together and she had an extra piece ... she was confused by this. When they Skyped that evening they confirmed that our CT little one had the missing piece from our FL in her photo can. When my husband flew in to visit CT grandchildren he picked up the piece and brought it to FL granddaughter. The problem was resolved but it never should have happened. Suppose that piece was mixed up with someone's puzzle she did not know? In short, I was very disappointed with our last order.

I would rate 5 starts but a few pieces came defective, like the photo paper was coming off so it doesn't look as good as it should when you put all the puzzle pieces together.

The edges of some pieces are curvy.

The jigsaw came in a very beautiful tin box with the picture clearly printed on the tin lid. The box is very large for the jigsaw and hence can be also used to store other things if needed. The few things I didnt like about this jigsaw are:
1- The cardboard paper was not strong enough.
2- The picture is not strongly fixed on the cardboard and with few touches a lot of The edges are coming out. I don't think this jigsaw would last for long.
3- The lid of the tin box is not holding well.
4- A lot of the pieces came attached together.

PM is known for its high quality products and I always shop here but for the price I paid for this jigsaw I was expecting a better quality product.

This was a very nice puzzle that I got for my son for Valentine's day...it's cute because it's a keepsake but the pieces were too small for such am elaborate picture...

The tin is nice and the materials used for the puzzle are nice, however the pieces were not all cut through completely and tore when we tried to separate them. We had to use a straight blade to cut them. If you give this as a gift, be sure to check the pieces beforehand.

I want so badly to give this product 5 stars - it's so fun! The photo quality was good; the gift tin is really nice; it shipped quickly (5 days from order to delivery); ordering was easy, etc.

However, when we started to put the puzzle together, many of the pieces were not cut clear through. I've experienced this with other puzzles, but those pieces always come apart easily. These puzzle pieces did not. We ended up leaving many of them together after we tore a piece trying to separate it. It was really discouraging, especially because it seems like Personalization Mall just didn't take the time to ensure it was a good product.

This is a great gift idea for a Grandma who enjoys puzzles. I gave it to her for Mother's Day with a picture of my daughter on it. It was adorable! We haven't put the puzzle together yet. The tin turned out fairly nice but I was dissapointed that the top of the picture was slightly cut off and thats not how it looked on the preview. Also, the gloss coating wasn't applied perfectly, there were some flaws. But Grandma loved it anyway!

This site has a tendency of changing the cost of their products often. Unfortunately, I bought this product when it was at a considerably high price. I wish I had known this before I spent $15 more than I needed to.
