I purchased nine of these as gifts. One came with the coaster pads on top of the packaging advertising. Away from that I was very happy with quality and shipment. Packaging very complete.

I bought these for a friend and just fell in love with them. Lucky for her we don't have the same initial in our first name or she would've never received them.

The products I gave as gifts, my friends raved about, I may buy some for myself. The website needs to be improved, countless times I had to go back and check the "ship to" address, it kept saving the last person I sent something to. I spent over $500 with this company this year.

They should have multiple "ship to's" for one order, right now, as far as I can tell, you can only ship to one location per order. Other than that, love these guys.
