The material is shiny, which gives it a cheap look. In addition, when we took it out of the box, it literally smelled like poop. I think it is the combination of the material and chemicals used to make it. We aired it out for about a week, and now it is fine. But if it's a gift, I recommend airing it out and then wrapping it. It was not a pleasant present to open.

I love the tie I got my boyfriend for Christmas but my only complaint is that it turned out way too shiny. Other than that it is a great looking tie with our sweet pup all over it!

The quality was too dark and can barely see the photo. I also never received the message that I left for the gift. Was not too happy with the item.

I really like the ties that I purchased for my dad and my husband, but they're a little short. My husband is only 5'8", but the tie is not a regular size. It would be 5 stars if the ties were a standard length.

My husband loved the tie when I chiwed it to him. The stitching however could have been a lot better. It looks as if it were stitched just enough to make the presentation look good. I went back and double stitched everything for support purposes. I would definitely order from here again!!

Clarity of the image printed on tie could be better and wish the print wrapped around back so you do not see the plain white backing fabric

Tho the tie came packaged very nicely in a box with tissue paper I was disappointed in the quality of the tie itself, more specifically the photo printed on it. My children's faces were unrecognizable and the print quality not sharp. The photo was a high resolution, professionally taken photo so I had expected the tie images to be sharper than they turned out to be. I wish I had had a way of either cropping closer or zooming in on the preview before i ordered so I could have made changes for a better overall outcome. I was very pleased with the tie I ordered last year and I think the difference was zooming in and cropping the picture so closer. My advice would be that this a great tie just make sure to zoom in with your picture so you get recognizable faces.

I love the tie and the pictures quality is great. However the back of the tie is white and when the front has dark colors the white will over power the picture on the tie and to me does not look good.

I think the tie is a great gift idea. My only complaint is that it's shinier than I expected it to be. Having said that, my husband loves our dog so much, I'm sure he'll wear the tie every chance he gets. If you could deal with the quality of the material I think you'd have a wonderful gift item!

It would be helpful to know that the back of the tie is white and the white shows at the edges and when you tie the tie. Perhaps I would have picked a lighter photograph to add. However, the tie was a HUGE hit with dad; everyone that sees it simply loves it!

I thought this was such a great idea for a gift, but the picture that I chose and making it black and white, it came out too light so the picture is kinda hard to see. Otherwise, the tie would be great, just make sure that the picture is dark, with a dark background.

The tie quality is good; picture reproduction excellent-nice that no space is between picture repeat pattern. Only downside is the picture is only on the front. Misalign the crease when tying; the white back prominently shows itself. Can't tie these in a hurry; must be sure finished knot is right on the side-creases so back doesn't show.

I ordered the tie in Sepia tone for my husband to wear with his brown suit. The tie turned out to be more yellow in tone than I had hoped for.

i liked it...but I did not expected it to be white in the back... and if it turns around it will show the white fabric... I sugest that if it could be all around at least with some color from the pictures color...
any way ... it is for fathers day ...let see how daddy will like it or not...

The tie and pictures are nice but the reverse side of the tie is white - looks a little strange
