The tub is very nice. I'm excited for my first opportunity to use it. However, I also ordered the stand and to my disappointment the tub and the stand were not compatible in size. The tub was just slightly bigger than the stand therefore the tub had to sit sideways. This really lost some of the appeal of the item. I am fortunate enough to have a son with metal fabricating skills and he was able to extend the size of the stand so the tub would fit properly and I was able to avoid the hassle of returning the items.

I ordered this for a shower it was a great size! I was dissapointed by it arriving worth two dings in the metal. One song was super bad and I know if it gets wet it will rust. I didn't have time to return due to receiving it so close to the shower

I ordered 10 of these to give as gifts. They were delivered to us stacked one inside the other, not in their own boxes like everything else I have ever ordered from PMall. I don't know if that's how they are always shipped, but I would not purchase this item to give as a gift unless you plan to purchase your own box for it (which I had to do... x 10). And that's after paying an extra shipping surcharge on all 10. If you gift this as is, it looks very cheap, like you picked it up at a garage sale or something.
The tub itself seemed decent. Of the 10 I ordered, 3 did not have the best "engraving". The other 7 looked nice.
I did email PMall letting them know of my disappointment and inquiring about the typical packaging of this item. I did not receive a response.

This tub looks great and holds a nice amount of beverages. The description says that you should use with a liner because it leaks - but I don't see where you sell a liner...so I am not sure what good that warning is. Can you make a liner available?

I love the tub but the letter j in the font looks like an I. Not happy with how that turned out but the tub is great.

This item was purchased as an engagement gift .. It was a group gift to be given at their party. We ordered the item engraved and paid for two day expedited shipping. The package did not arrive as promised. They said there was a snow event and that they already paid UPS for the delivery and they would not reimburse them. My agreement and payment went to the Personalization Mall, not UPs .. Not my problem . I am in the process of drafting a letter and requesting the shipping to be refunded. We also had to pay extra to ship the gift to the couple since it missed the event. Bad business we'll see what happens, but I would not do business with this company again, just based on what I ve heard from them so far.

I bought this as a gift and the recipients loved it.
Pros: Really fast service - got it within a few days. Accurate and nice-looking engraving.
Con: The tub itself isn't the highest quality. There were some scuffs and imperfections, but nothing offensive.

I ordered one for me and another for a friend. Mine arrived in good condition the gift damaged (side handle didn't screw in securely). After the company shipped another it arrived with a huge dent in the bottom of the tub. The concept is great and I like mine for home but would be skeptical about giving as a gift. Quality 3 out of 5.

I ordered two of the party tubs for wedding gifts. One arrived and was just as it should have been and the other one the metal band where it matches the hammered metal is crooked. It looks as if the right side of the tub is falling down into the bottom metal band. So when you look straight at it it is crooked. I'm surprised that they would send something out that has an obvious defect (and it isn't exactly cheep at 68.95).

The Tub was nice, what wasn't so nice was the engraving was off center, and it was damaged under the engraving, contacted customer relations dept, sent pictures and never heard from the company again, except e-mails to purchase more products. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I can't believe you would send out a defective product, and then never respond after I sent you proof of your mistake. So everyone out there, I hope you don't have problems with this company, because they don't stand behind their claim of resolving issues especially when it was their mistake.

The tub had potential to be quite beautiful but the engraving was not etched into the metal, it was some sort of sprayed etching and the bottom strip of metal had a bow in it instead of being smooth as it should have been.

I need the tub for a gift on this coming Tuesday and do not have time for the hassle of return and exchange.

Probably will not order from here again. Sorry.
