I was very disappointed with this product?? the etching in the glass was almost impossible to read or to see . If there is any light in the room it makes it impossible to see. Bought this for my granddaughter hope she won’t be as disappointed as me. Company didn’t offer refund only offered 20% refund.

Etching on glass was not the best. It is very hard to see. I did not give it as a gift. The add is deceptive. Stuck with it.

I have been ordering from you for many many years and this is the first itme I'm disapointed with an item. The print is to light on the glass and other people told me that is a big problem with this frame, I can hardly read it myself, can't put it by light because it's even worse
