Very happy with purchase. I RECEIVED ALL MY MERCHANDISE VERY FAST.

I have been purchasing items for friends and family for years and this was the first time a mistake happen on my order. I called customer service the day I received only a partial order in error and they corrected and completed my order promptly and I received my shipment within days.

I really like the slippers. Bought them for my daughter and new son-in-law who are getting married on June 2nd. I know they'll fit him but I'm worried about her; she has such a small petite foot. The sizing says one size fits most to a sz. 9 so I took the chance. Hopefully "most" means a size 6 too. Won't know for sure until after the honeymoon as I'm putting together a honeymoon bag for them to take with them. They'll receive it as they leave the reception. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The delivery of the items was incredible and within a few days...very impressed. I also am in love with the items, the color looks better online but they are still amazing.

Comfy slippers if you can get them to fit. Awkward velcro makes it difficult, but still possible. Love the personalization.

The slippers are cute, but not too practical. They are very loud when walking and the heel part drags on the floor. Especially when you only have wood floors in your house.

The slippers are nice looking and are probably good for spa-type use or after getting out of a hot tub. But they aren't well-made for everyday use. Mine fell apart after a little over a month. Personalization.com did immediately send me another pair (exemplary customer service), but I won't be wearing them every morning as I did with the last ones. Also, they assume all women have small feet because the women's slippers are much smaller than the men's. They should offer them in a larger size or a choice of size for the women's slipper.

These slippers come in a standard size, I am a size 6 which I would consider a small and I was shipped a large. I reached out to the company to see if something could be done as they are way to big and they say nothing can be done. I was excited to wear these slippers on my wedding day but now unfortunately I need to purchase a different pair.
