I have been purchasing items for friends and family for years and this was the first time a mistake happen on my order. I called customer service the day I received only a partial order in error and they corrected and completed my order promptly and I received my shipment within days.

I really like the slippers. Bought them for my daughter and new son-in-law who are getting married on June 2nd. I know they'll fit him but I'm worried about her; she has such a small petite foot. The sizing says one size fits most to a sz. 9 so I took the chance. Hopefully "most" means a size 6 too. Won't know for sure until after the honeymoon as I'm putting together a honeymoon bag for them to take with them. They'll receive it as they leave the reception. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The delivery of the items was incredible and within a few days...very impressed. I also am in love with the items, the color looks better online but they are still amazing.
