Graduation Poem Personalized Reflections Frame Customer Reviews

We have used Personalizationmall.com in the past and had been pretty happy. We ordered this frame for our daughter. You have to move the frame in just a certain way so you can read the writing of the poem I wrote. I called the company to get it replaced. After sending them a picture of it, they said it was fine and they would not make another one that you could just read without moving it around. I wouldn't buy this product or any product from this company ever again.

The frame has no back , it is just a piece of glass. The glass is completely transparent and the words are in light white colour and very small. I cant read a word at all!!!!!!!
