The first frame I ordered I had a problem with because the back didn’t fit right. I was disappointed, but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one fast and my son was able to give it to my mother for Christmas. She absolutely loved it and said how beautiful the woodwork was. We all loved it. Thank you so much to personalization mall for sending me a new one so promptly and for the beautiful work you did. I’m always pleased with your products.

The frame is absolutely perfect. It’s even more beautiful in person.
The only problem I have is when it was delivered the glass was broken.... it wasn’t packed with bubble wrap or extra paper. So I called and asked for a replacement and the customer service member was every nice and assured me it would arrive before mother’s day. Unfortunately it did not.

It came as expected, good quality. I just gave it a 4 because I was overly happy with the other purchase I got more so than this one.

I purchased this frame for my manager who just had his first child and wanted a frame suitable for his desk. He was very happy with the frame and everyone in the office wanted to know where I had purchased it.

My only issue is that the frame does not look like the website. The wood in much lighter. To remedy this I put a small amount of orange wood oil on a rag and rubbed it over the frame. It instantly darkened the frame and gave it a nice luster.

I do recommend these frames if you purchase on sale, however worth the time to use the wood oil to give them a really nice finish.

It's a great gift idea but not as sturdy as I hoped

The frame is a little frail...I thought the frame would be made with a thicker sturdier wood... I bought the smaller, 4"x6" for Christmas a year ago and was very pleased by the quality of the frame...the 4"x6" seems to be made out of thicker wood.

The only thing keeping this from a 5 star item is the lack of versatility. It's either vertical or horizontal and the frame will not read correctly if you use aa vertical picture in the horizontal frame. I think it would serve better if the detail was oriented so that it would be readable in either position. Regardless, the items shipped on time and are great quality.

It was very affordable and my mom really loved it! If you are running low financially this gift will still be meaningful and she can keep it forever. If you get her flowers they will eventually wither away.So get her this picture frame instead, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased 2 from personalized mall and 2 from personal creations. The one from personalized mall are so much nicer. The wood is better quality, you can see the engraving better, and it is larger. They fit 4x6 photos, the ones from personal creations only fit 3.5x5 photos.

Great product, arrived (quickly) looking just as it did online. Just wish they had a 5x7 and 8x10 options.
