They got my address wrong, so now it has to be shipped back to the warehouse just so they can get the address correct which should have been correct in the first place. The service is slow, the chat service is also slow. I will not be purchasing from here again.
Not what we expected

The puzzle quality was not what we expected. The pieces did not interlock tightly and with the slightest movement they came apart. The puzzles we have put together in the past were much more sturdy and the pieces fit together tightly. We expected a better product for the price. Would not recommend this product.
