Very difficult to read the inscription due to the cut of the gem.

The item I received was very nice looking, glass was flawless and very shiny. Well crafted. The major complaint I have is with the engraving, its very hard to see and the way that you are limited to so many letters per line makes it hard to say what you really want to say. Do away with the X amount of letters per line and make it X amount of letters per order.

I was very pleased to receive the Diamond Keepsake. It was beautiful when I opened it and presented to my co-worker for her retirement. Thank you for your prompt delivery.

The problem with this item is that engraving is lopsided when you put this diamond on a flat surface. Looks weird. Would not recommend it.
