I contacted customer service and received no happy results. I did not see anywhere in the description did it talk of small lettering...it was hard to read. They should mention, that the more verbage,the smaller the print size, etc. I asked about this and they told me to return the item and they would give me a credit but I had to pay my own shipping and handling fee. I sent this to a friend out of state and felt awful as it was to give her an inferior product, let alone ask her to return the time. This was a big 70th birthday gift. I have been a customer for many, many years. I think they should have given me a credit without returning the item as they had proof of the purchase, etc. So in summary, not pleased with customer service.
