Unfortunately I had to reorder this item since it arrived in damaged condition. The company was good about sending a replacement. Packaging was not real sturdy.

It's nice, but I was expecting it to be a little bigger and the writing a little larger.

The product is a nice piece the timing was great but I chose too many words and don't recall choosing the font it came out too small too read and it wasn't the best font to read small writing. I would've lo e for some one to cal/emailnand say we suggest(xyz) for best outcome. Oh well

Nice product but the writing is very small and light.

The glass is thick and heavy and overall its a pretty gift. the engraving should be bigger as its hard to read so small. We didn't have much personalized on it so I would have thought the font size would have been bigger

I purchased this product because of the friendship that was started a year ago. The quality is good, the size a little on the small side, but perfect for an office desk or night stand. I would purchase this product again.

Good product for the price is OK. The letters can't be read easy anyway a good gift for someone you care.

I ordered this for a special presentation and when I received it the engraving was positioned too high, with the top of the imprint missing. After contacting Customer Service, they instantly emailed me back and ordered replacement items for me. I received them within a few days. My only issue is how tiny the print is on the item. I would rather have a larger font with less text. I do think it is a nice gift.

The writing is very small and the shade of white they use makes it a little difficult to read.
Otherwise, the product is exactly as they describe.

The product was a lot smaller than I thought but it was still very pretty. The size of the font was a lot smaller as well. Overall nice gift!

The item itself was absolutely beautiful just what I had imagined it to look like. The only negative was it was a little hard to read the inscription.

I decided to use this rather than the one i saw for mothers because i thought it was nicer. it's a really nice gift, the only issue i had with t was the that the text was hard to see. I previously bought from here and the text was a little bit bigger and brighter. Doesn't bring any flower, i out my own.

This is a great product. Only negative is that the writing is hard to read but still gorgeous.

It is a beautiful piece of artwork, however the print is extremely small and hard to see once out of the box with the white tissue paper background.

The detail was very nice. It beats the usual flowers and ballons people give as a get well gift. The only thing negative i have is it is quite small. I thought it would have been much bigger.

I surprised a very good friend of mine with this gift. She loves it! I just would've preferred for the verse words to be as clear as the closing words.

We bought as a gift, as a paperweight for a colleague. It was very nice but much smaller than i anticipated. Now that I know whatnot expect, I would purchase again.

Nice and elegance gift I recommand it . my only concern that it is very small , about hand size. The litters wasn't clear because of the size.

The product is beautiful and just what I was looking for! Can't wait for my best friend to open it. I would ld have given 5 stars but the script is somewhat smaller than the picture shows and faint but its still legible!!

This was not only personalize, but the product, the engravement and the verses was just perfect along with the bud vase. It's a beautiful touch when placed on your desk at work or chess at home...

Second time to use this as an award. Like that it is small enough to fit on reception desk, but big enough to draw attention.

Do wish you could change the font inside the etched box. The small font size makes the fancy letters hard to read. Plus all capitalization (like a business acronym) look bad. With a little tweaking, this product could be great for employee recognition.

I really liked this product and so did the friend I gave it to. My only criticism would be that the lettering does not stand out very well against the clear background. Perhaps they should put some dark backing on the product so that the lettering is more visible.

This is a nice gift; however, the engraving is too small and not very clear. This is the 1st gift that I received and was not 100% pleased with. It is still a nice gift.

I thought it was going to be a little bit bigger but it's still cute. The etching of the design wasn't done well, the personalization part was though. Overall still worth it to me.

I guess I did not take in the size details when I placed my order. It is lovely, but a challenge to read in the size it is. Still a good value I might consider buying again.

I had Custom text put in (great feature) it looked bigger online (of Course) than in person and i thought the fake rose would come with (which made it look even more beautiful)... But overall it's pretty nice, I'm satisfied.

Our daughter is being promoted to partner and we wanted to get her something meaningful and not too preachy. I had my own customized saying engraved (wish the font could be changed to a bigger font as it is really small font). Also, the salutation is a bigger font -- wish they matched the fonts.

However, still a nice token gift.

This is a nice gift because you can write your own personal saying about the person but the engraving is hard to see and it needs to be etched deeper. Also You have to order a small flower that will fit in the slot in the hold. I ordered a small crystal rose and it's beautiful.

The vase is beautiful. It is very sturdy, not light in weight. But, because the writing is so small, it is difficult to read.

I bought three of these for remembraces of grandparents that
have passed for my daughters wedding to have them there in spirit. The glass is nice and thick and very heavy. Nice quality there. My only complaint is that the engraving could have been in bigger font size as they're hard to read. Otherwise I think they'll be perfect. Thanks
