This ornament was so special, but I took 2 stars off because the back/writing was not centered. When I complained, I had to take a picture to prove it was off centered & the quality dept agree, but unfortunately it was out of stock. They issued me a credit, which I appreciate, but would’ve rather had it done right.

I ordered this ornament for my daughter for her new baby. The ornament is very nice except the color is not as shown on the website. It looks gray but is it is blue. The baby is a girl so that bothers me. The ornament is very pretty but it is not gender neutral. It is most definitely blue so don’t order it unless you need it for a boy.

Love the ornament itself but the hole for the string isn't where it was on the preview...when I received the ornament the whole was between his eyes and it looks bad.

The price was right the delivery was messed up but the company corrected it promptly for me. The product its self was small and looked cheaply made. But for the price i can't complain.

So the actual picture of the sonogram is smaller than pictured. The first one they sent was way off center too. Very easy to call and have a replacement sent, however the replacement is still slightly a skew. Not going to bother getting it replaced again as I figure this is as good as it gets. It is cute, just not the quality I expect from Personalization Mall.

I bought this same ornament for my daughter a few years back and it is perfect...reason I ordered another one. This new one is off centered, it is a very cute idea, but I am unhappy with this one :(

The writing looked like it had been printed on twice, but in different spots. Didnt look as nice as I thought it would.
