Happy Birthday 25 oz. Engraved Beer Mug Customer Reviews

In the picture it shows the message in white which is visible. However, when I received my products (I purchased 2 beer mugs, each with a personalized message) the letters are not engraved in white, rather in clear. It is very hard to view the personalized message with beer inside the cup. (Please see attached photo, which is zoomed in)
The entire purpose of this product is to view the personalized message and it fails to do so clearly.

You entered Cheers to You, twice! And on one glass you entered Cheer to You????should have said Cheers to You...and only once on both glasses.

I'll keep the glasses and give as gifts but it's not what I wanted.
