I hate to complain but I love your company and have been so pleased with everything I have bought from y'all and it is quite often I do. I ordered my nephew a garment bag because he always borrows mine from my luggage set, and I never received a thank you note and he normally always lets me know and I was excited about it because he loved the butcher block cutting board from y'all I sent him. But back to bag I bought your best one but it's not like luggage bag its mote like a suit bag you keep in a closet it just isn't what I considered a garment bag for 6 or more items like advertised had no pockets to put items such as ties belts....
This is the first thing that I haven't been happy with and I will still buy from you in the future but I feel if this was a 1st time buy i probably wouldn't order again

big enough (and tough enough) for a couple of pairs of socks. Regret this purchase. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's flimsier than a paper grocery bag.

This garment bag is small, small, small! Its ueless! The picture is deceiving. And you cannot return it because its personalized.
