I will not be ordering from here again. Oh, the product came out as expected. But when I ordered it was estimated that I would receive it on the 6th or 7th. I got an email stating my order had shipped on Dec. 3rd and it had a tracking code. I click on the tracking the night of the 6th to see when my package would arrive. Lo and behold, Personalization Mall had just handed over my order to UPS on the 6th. I'm not going to do business with a company that cant get it together. If you send me a tracking number, then that order should be handed over to the shipping company with 24 hours. Like the product, not a fan of the service.
