The writing on the glass was so small and barely engraved that you could hardly even read it. From far away you can't even tell if there is writing on the product. The writing on the photo displayed shows the words spread out and large and it was not. I wrote 14 lines (the max you can write) and it showed up in two that's how small it was! The photo shows the glass with a fake flower in it which was not included. Overall I was not very pleased with the product, not what I was expecting at all.

it would be lovely if it was a little bigger and words were larger blocked print. but its a lovely gift.

I thought this came with a glass rose on it like the picture. It would have been a lot better if it did. I also wish it would have been sent usps from the start as ups is a horrible company for small packages. I wouldn't ask for my money back, but I wouldn't recommend this either. On the plus side I was really pleased that I could customize the words on it. The quality was good as well as the quality of the glass it was etched on.

I am NOT happy with this one , the Font size was too small she couldn't even read what I wrote.!!

The way you write on the glass is not impressive at all. Very hard to read. It could be better with the price I paid. Expected more than what I received
